What's new in Adunatii Copaceni

Description

Commune Adunatii Copaceni part of Giurgiu County, situated 20 km from the capital towards the southwest. Village is 44 km from Giurgiu, county.

Location is part of the Bucharest Metropolitan Area.

The village has total area of 6935 hectares, of which only 642 are built. Population is about 6,800 inhabitants, which provide five kindergartens and five schools.

Copaceni Adunatii village is composed of three villages: Darasti -Vlasca, Varlaam and Mogosesti.

 

Electricity is the only facility residents receiving Adunatii Copaceni. Gases are no sewers. Only the main road is paved, DN5, linking Bucharest to the Bulgarian. But local authorities have big plans. Thus, in preparing projects on gas supply and water supply, sanitation and repair roads.

 

But despite these, the city Adunatii Copaceni began to present a major interest for investors because of the short distance to Bucharest and because of European road connecting to Bulgaria. Another advantage of the village is the new airport plan to be built there. Since this news came in mid 2008, land prices have just exploded, reaching 18 euros per square meter to 30 and then from 70 to 80 euros.
